- Non‑customized items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
Customized Products
Q1: What if my customized item is incorrect or defective?
- Customized product returns/refunds are only possible at the discretion of the vendor/third‑party company that processed the order.
- If the vendor accepts the claim, WearMySport.com will assist you with the process, but final approval rests with the vendor.
Q2: What if I change my mind after the draft is confirmed?
Once you approve the draft/sample during order confirmation, no cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made.
Non‑Customized Items
Q1: How do I return a non‑customized item?
- Contact us at support@wearmysport.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- We will share the return instructions and address.
Q2: Who pays for return shipping?
- If the return is due to damage, defect, or wrong item delivered, WearMySport.com covers return shipping.
- If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., size issue, change of mind), the customer pays the return shipping charges.
Refunds

Q2: Can I get store credit instead of a refund?
